Our Impact
Discover how we’ve applied our approach across real projects with governments, PHNs, and community partners to deliver:
Human-centred design
We’re proud of delivering award winning human-centred processes that shape long-term investment in community resilience and health systems. A recent example of our approach is the Resilient CARE program, delivered for Country to Coast QLD.
Here's what they had to say:
It is their genuine investment in, and deep commitment to, the impact their work is contributing to that sets this group apart from other providers. Their work contributed significantly to creating a strong foundation for the next three years, particularly through demonstrating that flexibility, shared ownership, and openness to learning will be key to the ongoing success of Resilient CARE.”
“As a result of their approach to engagement, the consortia built genuine relationships and trust particularly with partners and community stakeholders, establishing an important reputational foundation for the following years of community engagement”
Health and climate vulnerability assessments
We use global, evidence-based climate and health vulnerability methodologies to design innovative resilience profiles that translate climate, health, and social data into accessible insights so communities and leaders can prioritise what matters most in their local contexts.
Feedback from the community and health sector:
“If I can go to communities with actual legitimate facts it makes my work more trustworthy and reliable.”
“Clear, concise, easy to read, can’t wait to get my hands on it.”
“You've taken a lot of the really difficult, time consuming work that's really hard to develop these.”
“This is exactly what’s needed in those collaborative groups (CoP, working groups).”
Disaster readiness and capacity building
We’ve supported primary health networks to develop disaster management frameworks, business continuity and preparedness plans for critical services to ensure primary healthcare remains accessible during disruption. This includes business continuity workshops for general practice, clinical society education sessions, webinars and other practical resources.
